Reverse logistics in India is a ₹15,000 crore problem hiding in plain sight. Every ecommerce return, every telecom device retrieval, every B2B asset recovery — managed manually, tracked on spreadsheets, and costing businesses crores in lost assets and inefficiency.

KanRecover was built to fix this — not from a co-working space in Bangalore, but from Patna, Bihar, where we understand what Indian logistics really looks like beyond the metros.
